Shipping Policy

Domestic

> Ground

Delivery occurs in 3 to 6 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed.

Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days. You may choose to select Two Business Day or Next Business Day air services for expedited delivery.

At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

> Two Business Day

Delivery occurs in 2 to 3 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification.

Delivery occurs the next business day (excluding holidays) if placed by 12PM CT, pending availability and credit card verification.

 

> Processing Time

Same Day, Next Business Day and Two Business Day orders are given top priority.

> For Same Day shipments:

 

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12PM CT will arrive between 5-8 PM CT (excluding holidays).
Orders placed on Saturday before 10AM CT will arrive between 3-6 PM CT (excluding holidays).
Same Day Delivery is not available for orders placed on Sunday.

> For Next Business Day shipments:

 

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12PM CT will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12PM CT will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12PM CT on Friday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays).

SYKE will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not available at the time of order processing.

You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped from our center.

Please note: a customer signature is required for Same Day, Next Business Day and Two Business Day deliveries, all shipments over $500

Please note that If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from WIN HOMESHOPPING. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to assist you.

Please note: We do not accept returns for WIN HOMESHOPPING product not purchased from WIN HOMESHOPPING.

 

> RETURNS

Item(s) purchased from WIN HOMESHOPPING must be returned at the customers expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund, within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Limited edition items and items purchased on sale cannot be returned for a refund. To return an item(s) for a refund just send it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Returns should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package to the following address:

We do not exchange product. If you purchased an item from WIN HOMESHOPPING and would like a different color, size or style, a new order will need to be placed with the unwanted item(s) returned for a refund. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 1-2 business days of us receiving the return. See RETURNS above for instructions on how merchandise can be returned.
